About Daniel Minnich
Working with a group of professional supporters (lenders, contractors, other realtors) over the past years has allowed me to flourish as a realtor. I make it a point to give as much time as needed to help buyers/sellers make the right decision for them. My wife Karen & I were born & raised in Lorain. Karen went to Lorain High class of 1965, and I went to Lorain St. Mary's class of 1966. I remember Lorain when it was a bustling city, during the Christmas season you had to step out on Broadway to get around customers walking on the sidewalk. It is my good pleasure to take some of the homes that are in disrepair, and have them placed into the hands of the next generation. Give me a chance to meet you and your family. Sincerely, Dan Minnich (440) 320 3735
