About Jody Zink

I love that you're here! Let's talk about how I can help you. Whether it's your first house or your fifth, each transaction is unique. And not all Realtors are alike either. Truth is, I do things in unexpected ways. Like answer my phone after 6 p.m. Communicate effectively with all parties involved. And as a trusted advisor, make sure I have a plan to get you to the finish line. When it comes right down to it, I'd like to apply for the job to be your Realtor. I'm really proud that I've helped hundreds of clients reach their real estate goals. Won't you let me exceed your expectations, too!? Let's chat. I've been licensed in Ohio and Michigan since 2004. Originally from Indiana, I landed in Toledo as a TV news reporter at WTOL. After leaving TV in 2002, I stayed in Toledo and began my real estate career. I manage my own rental property and was elected to the executive Board of Directors for the Toledo Board of Realtors in 2008. I'm a Certified Residential Specialist and am also a member of the Toledo Home Builders Association. I have a journalism degree from Indiana University. You might have heard my voice while on the phone on-hold or maybe driving in your car. When not doing real estate, I do freelance voice-over work for radio, television and corporate training for clients nationwide. I live in Toledo with my cat, Ted. Together we enjoy watching CNN, Modern Family and Seinfeld reruns with no interruptions.
