About Katie Richards

I have been actively selling real estate since 1996 and very excited to be a team leader for The Richards Group with my husband, Ken Richards! After graduating from college and working in insurance, I decided to join the ranks of the real estate profession and have never looked back. I value my family and my community! I work hard for my clients, but in my free time I love to spend time with my family and enjoy my time on the tennis court! Ken and I are huge supporters of Pelotonia, in the true spirit of "ONE GOAL". If you happen to be a Pelotonia rider or spectator, don't hesitate to stop by our home when coming into Granville for a beverage and some conversation. At our home, everyone is welcome! I was born and raised in Clintonville, in Columbus, Ohio, graduated from Bishop Watterson High School, met my husband Ken at Walsh University. In 1993 Ken and I bought out first home in Granville, Ohio, where we raised our two children, Sarah and Max. Proudly, they are both graduates from The Ohio State University! Go Bucks!! As a real estate professional, I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why I am dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. My philosophy is simple: Clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of my clients!
