My personal story of success begins at home. My passion for the real estate business began at a very early age, and it seemed Real Estate was to be my destiny from those early years, growing up in one of the top real estate families in Northern Ohio. My parents made me a better salesperson by having me work hard to earn a dollar. They taught me the fundamentals that gave me the knowledge and ambition of what it took to be the VERY BEST. I started The Michael Kaim Team in 2002 and since then we have worked hard as a team to constantly evolve to enhance our presence in the market. I am proud to be the leader of a group that was awarded the #1 Sales Team by the Ohio Association of Realtors in 2013. In addition to this we have been given numerous achievement awards.
