About Phil Frye

Hi, I'm Phil Frye, "The Real Estate Guy!" I'm a Realtor and Principal Broker with Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate. We've been in business for 40 years, and we place a great emphasis on making sure our Clients are happy throughout the entire sale. We use the latest technology and sales techniques to help our Clients sell and buy real estate. Clients reviews of my work have earned me Century 21's Quality Service Pinnacle Award every year since 2009. I'm also a Member of the Licking County Board of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club. I joined my family's company, Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate in 2008. Before that, I worked six years as Executive Officer of Licking County Board of Realtors, and six years at WNKO-WHTH radio where I served as News Director and DJ. I'm a 1994 graduate of University of Cincinnati and a 1989 graduate of Newark High School. My wife, daughter, four cats, one dog, and I reside in Newark. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, rooting for the Chicago Cubs, and playing guitar. I also enjoy volunteering for Second Presbyterian Church, Licking County Crime Stoppers, Newark Kiwanis Club, Angels of 89, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Licking and Perry Counties, and Century 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council. I'm a member of the Columbus Multiple Listing Service, Licking County Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Century 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council, Licking County Chamber of Commerce, Newark Kiwanis Club, and Newark Downtown Association.
