Sara Limper brings a unique combination of calm, intelligence, and hard work. These traits help to ensure every real estate experience she guides is both meticulous and heartfelt. From her listening ear to her eye for design, Sara’s wealth of knowledge helps drive Haven Home Group’s success. Sara was born and raised in Cincinnati and currently resides in Deerfield Township with her husband, two adorable sons, and a rowdy, but a cute, dog. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Business Marketing at The University of Cincinnati and co-oped at one of the Tri-State’s most successful home builders before graduating. After college, Sara served as a luxury leasing agent and transaction coordinator and team administrator at a local brokerage. She then became the buyer’s agent for a multi-generational real estate team, where she mastered what it takes to best serve the buyer. Sara’s desire to serve buyers and sellers led her to become an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). Her unique ability to transform a room helps sellers prepare their homes in a manner that sets them apart from the competition. In addition, Sara obtained her Seller Representative Certification in 2019, designating her as an expert in real estate sales and further benefiting her clients. Sara’s success with both buyers and sellers has resulted in numerous awards and achievements, including the Coldwell Banker Circle of Excellence and President’s Club Awards. During her leisure time, Sara enjoys exploring the Tri-State with friends and family and supporting popular restaurants and trendy boutiques, as well as snuggling up with her little boys at home.
