About Sue Berg

From Sue Berg: Real estate wasn’t my “second act” it’s been my career since day one. I’ve worked in commissioned sales since graduating college in 1985 and have spent the last 34 years as a Realtor helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. I bring experience, strategy, and strong negotiation skills to every transaction because results matter. About 90% of my business comes from past clients and referrals, which tells me I’m doing something right (and that my clients like me enough to come back 😉) I believe real estate is both a business and a relationship, which is why we don’t disappear after closing. We stay connected through client events, Clippers games, happy hours, pumpkin patch visits, and more, because your life journey matters long after the keys are handed over. Don’t take my word for it…check out our 200+ reviews on Zillow from clients who trusted us with their move. From Dana Soto: Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction, it’s a life moment. And I’m deeply aware of the emotions that come with it. I bring the heart to our team, focusing on connection, communication, and making sure our clients feel seen, supported, and cared for every step of the way. I love the details, the stories, and the people behind each move, and I’m passionate about creating an experience that feels personal, calm, and thoughtful. While Sue leads with decades of experience and master negotiation skills, I focus on the human side of real estate; the excitement, the nerves, the hope, and sometimes even the tears (happy ones, usually). Together, we balance strategy with soul, structure with empathy, and business with heart, so our clients feel confident and supported from start to finish.
